You must have obtained the consent of the proposed nominee before nominating them and you must tick the relevant box in the nomination form confirming that you have their consent before you submit the nomination form.
 

We take the privacy of children seriously. If the nominee is aged 16 or under, and you are not the parent/guardian of the child you are nominating, you must get the parent/guardian’s permission before submitting the nomination and must provide their name, email address and phone number in the nomination form. By nominating them you confirm that you have obtained this permission. If this nominee is chosen for an award, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to any celebratory events and any filming. 
 

Please note, one nomination is sufficient to be considered. Additional nominations will not increase a nominee's chances of being selected
